TDK Mediactive Announces Agreement to Publish Games Based on Mercedes-Benz LicenseTDK Mediactive, Inc. (OTC:TDKM.OB), a global publisher of entertainment software, announced today that in cooperation with TDK Mediactive Europe, a division of TDK Recording Media Europe S.A., the company has the exclusive North American publishing and distribution rights for games based on the Mercedes-Benz license. In cooperation with Synetic, a developer based in Gutersloh, Germany, TDK Mediactive Europe and DaimlerChrysler will work closely together to faithfully recreate Mercedes-Benz vehicles and driving experience for next generation video game systems. The games will feature the complete range of current Mercedes cars, some of the Mercedes "classic" models as well as the sportier models, such as the SLK, and utilize precise data provided directly from the car manufacturer. Mercedes-Benz in a virtual environment.
