GOTHAM GAMES BRINGS THE 70s ROARING BACK AS IT ANNOUNCES STARSKY & HUTCH‘ FOR THE PLAYSTATION 2, XBOX, AND PC

Gamers Slide Behind The Wheel Of The Famous "Red Tomato" Car To Clean Up The Streets Of Bay City This Fall

Gotham Games, a wholly owned subsidiary of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTWO), announced today that it will release the thrilling driving shooter Starsky & Hutch™, under license with Sony Pictures Consumer Products for the PlayStation®2 computer entertainment system, the Xbox® video game system from Microsoft, and PC this fall through a distribution agreement with Empire Interactive. Players will relive the non-stop action of the renowned TV series, which in its four-year run established itself as a pop culture phenomenon. Donning the bell-bottoms of detectives Dave Starsky and Ken Hutchison, gamers control the trademark "Red Tomato" car and battle crime through the tough roads of Bay City. Antonio Fargas reprises the role he made famous, providing his voice to play the irresistible and streetwise Huggy Bear who lends a hand and guides the boys through each assignment.

Featuring 18 massive levels set in a vibrant 3D world, Starsky & Hutch™ includes more than 100 miles of meticulously detailed Bay City streets for gamers to cruise and gun down bad guys. Multi-player support allows one player to drive while the other shoots, allowing friends to live out their own Starsky & Hutch™ dreams.

"Starsky & Hutch™ the game stays true to the formula that made the show so great," said Jamie Leece, president of Gotham Games. "Not only does it have the classic high-speed chases and crime-fighting action, but also the nostalgic appeal of authentic music, sound effects and unbelievable stunts that fans of the series know and love."

Further bringing the streets of Bay City to life are 100 fully modeled in-game civilian characters and 100 distinct vehicle types. Additionally, Starsky & Hutch™ will feature a slew of power-ups and loads of unlockable extras including new vehicles and play modes, plus exclusive interviews and more.
