Bruce Lee: Quest
of the Dragon exclusively on on the XBOX
Microsoft Corp.
today announced that it has signed a partnership
with videogame publishing powerhouse Universal
Interactive Services (UIS) to develop an Xbox
videogame title featuring the highly-coveted
Bruce Lee license.
"Bruce Lee:
Quest of the Dragon," developed by Ronin
Entertainment, will be published exclusively on
Xbox.
"Bruce Lee:
Quest of the Dragon" is a cinematic
fast-paced action game that allows gamers to play
as the legendary martial artist in his latest
full-feature film. Gamers will experience the
high-impact, lightning quick intensity that
they'd expect from a game bearing the Bruce Lee
namesake with the hyper-realistic graphics,
effects and advanced modeling that only Xbox has
the power to deliver.
"Bruce Lee:
Quest of the Dragon" will be published by
Microsoft. UIS will produce "Bruce Lee:
Quest of the Dragon" and Ronin Entertainment
has been contracted as the development house.
The partnership
between Microsoft and UIS continues a wave of
blockbuster announcements at the Electronic
Entertainment Expo (E3) as the Redmond giant
continues to demonstrate the strength and vision
of its first-party title line-up.
Bruce Lee reached
celebrity status while starring as Kato on the
television series "The Green Hornet."
Lee became a worldwide icon with starring roles
in popular action films such as "Enter The
Dragon," "Return of the Dragon,"
"Fist of Fury" and "Chinese
Connection," as well as creating the martial
arts discipline Jeet Kune Do. His philosophies
continue to impact millions of people worldwide.
