Reno-Based Make Your Move, Inc. Announces Key Senior Executive Hires

Reno-based Make Your Move, Inc. (OTC:BB MKMV) announced today that it has appointed Dr. Larry Hinderks as president and chief executive officer and Alice R. Heiman as chief sales officer for the interactive entertainment game company.

"Dr. Hinderks and Ms. Heiman are the experts in their respective fields that we need to take this company to the next level," said Henry Rolling, founder and chairman of Make Your Move, Inc. "Larry has an extensive background in both technology and company management, while Alice has a expansive background in sales and sales management. They will be invaluable executive counselors to me."

Said Dr. Larry Hinderks: "The timing is right for Make Your Move. The game industry is a 9.2 billion dollar industry, and we are confident we can carve out a piece of that pie for ourselves."

"We feel our game plan is a solid one," added Alice Heiman. "We are hitting the ground running, with product that will be ready to hit retail by the end of the first quarter 2003."

Dr. Larry Hinderks began his career at Bell Telephone Laboratories in 1970 where he worked to develop a new microwave transmission system for use in the AT&T long distance network. In 1977 he left Bell Labs to co-found Corporate Computer Systems, Inc., (CCS) a highly successful engineering company specializing in computer hardware and software solutions for industry. CCS is best known for its digital audio compression equipment that is sold worldwide and is used internationally by the radio and TV broadcast industry. In 1995, Dr. Hinderks sold his business to StarGuide Digital Networks, Inc. (SDN) and became their chief technology officer. SDN was later acquired by Digital Generation Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ:DGIT). At DGS, Dr. Hinderks worked directly for the CEO in the CoolCast (Internet Media distribution) division as the senior vice president responsible for developing the company’s new media business. In 2001, Dr. Hinderks left DGIT and formed Xanlar, an Internet multiplayer game company. Dr. Hinderks received a Ph.D in Physics from the University of Kansas and holds 14 patents in compression, transmission and data networking.

Alice Heiman developed her expertise in sales process while at Miller Heiman, Inc. In her years there, she worked with the company's largest and most complex accounts, including Coca Cola, Dow Chemical, Merck and Hewlett Packard. Based on her belief that companies can create opportunities for further success through sales process implementation, Mrs. Heiman established her own company, ARH Consulting, LLC, benefiting a diverse client list including Advance Business Graphics, Fidelity Investments, John Deere Credit, Macromedia, and SBC Nevada to name a few. Ms. Heiman holds a Bachelor's Degree in Special Education from Indiana University, Bloomington and a Master's Degree in Education from National Louis University. She is a founding board member of WEACT – Women Executives Accelerating Change Today and the President-Elect for Nevada Gifted & Talented. Alice is also part of the Adjunct Faculty for University Of Nevada, Reno, College of Business Administration.

Make Your Move, Inc. is an innovative, interactive entertainment, game company. The Company's business objectives are focused on the design, development and marketing of a wide range of games using game technologies that are user friendly, diverse and scalable. The Company's applies proven technologies to games to advance and enhance the entertainment quality and experience of game play. The Company's current product line spans traditional board games and computer game software. The Company plans to provide games for existing game consoles in the market, (e.g. the Playstation, XBox and GameCube) and online games through a subscription based online game site. The Company plans to expand its current product line to include a new series of proprietary game systems already under development by the Company.
