LADYDRAGON.COM -- SMALL SOLDIERS

According to the animation movie, Small Soldiers returns for Game Boy. Traverse various levels in order to find your friends and to deliver them. Jump, shoot and dissociate you in order to get out of there healthy and safe. A simple game which combines the agility and the speed.

The game Small Soldiers for PC was a game of strategy in real-time, but the Game Boy version rather offers action which remind us of Contra. The objective of your character is to deliver your combatants and to neutralize the enemies. By consequence, the formula was exploited many times and does not offer any surprise to the accustomed players. On the other hand, it remains that all the family can play with this action game. The other thing which bogs me a little, is that we have difficulty to know which character represents the enemies.

It is necessary to understand that GameBoy offers games in monochromic mode, at least the ancient GameBoy, and that graphics quality is not the factor of reference by excellence. For the interest of the game, after 20 minutes I stop playing it cause I was bored royally and thereafter, I never replayed with this title. The companies tend to take films in order to adapt them for the consoles, but the result is not necessarily passable.

Also, if you adored Small Soldiers and that you see this article, why don't you go get the PC version which, in my opinion, is not comparable with the one on GameBoy!
