Get Ready to Rumble! |
Wrestling is climbing fast in popularity, that's why Crawfish and Acclaim brings us WWF Attitude to enjoy on your Game Boy. In the main menu you can choose among 6 modes of play. The training mode where you choose your player and the one you want to practice on. Challenge mode is where you are wrestling for The World Wrestling Federation Championship with different wrestlers to face. Career Mode is where you must face all the wrestlers one by one. With the King of the Ring mode, that is exactly the title you are wrestling for. VS mode is one match against the wrestler of your choice. Tag Team mode is where you choose both team to wrestle together. With the cage mode you need to climb out of the cage in order to win. "Get ready for a Body Slam" |
"Three words: Flying Air Kick" Biographies: You see the picture and information on the 20 wrestlers, such as their name, height, weight, and have their trademark 'Finisher' like The Stone Cold Stunner from Steve Austin. The booklet that you receive with the game at the end has more information and you can see pictures of their finishing move. WWF Attitude would of been more fun to play with more than just one player, because all the wrestlers seem to fight the same. It gets boring after a while. The sound does not help either, it doesn't fit this type of game. It sounds more like a Mario gazme then a Wrestling game. The controls are simple, nothing spectacular though. Since it has 20 wrestlers to choose from and all the options mentioned before, if you really like wrestling, WWF Attitude will entertain you until later this year, when Acclaim brings us a better Game Boy wrestling game. |
