Exclusive Interview and Pictures with Dalene Kurtis and Craig Lieberman at the E3 2003 The video gaming industry and entertainment industry have always been partners but now, DVD is playing an increasingly important role. For the first time ever, a studio is linking its DVD, Theatrical and Interactive releases at E3 Exposition. This year at the E3- Electronic Entertainment Exposition 2003, you could come by and see the customized "tricked out" vehicle that appears exclusively on the upcoming release of The Fast and The Furious Tricked Out DVD, on display in the West Hall Lobby with a reel containing highlights from the DVD and videogame debuting this fall from Universal Studios Home Video, Universal Pictures and Universal Interactive. Dalene Kurtis 2002's Playboy Playmate of the Year and host of TNN's NOPI (Number One Parts, Incorporated) Tunervision show and Craig Lieberman, tuner pro and technical advisor for The Fast and the Furious were on location to promote "Tricking Out a Hot Import Car!". It is a segment that shows viewers the secrets of the pros on different ways to customize a car, where you can watch the amazing transformation of a stock-model 2003 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution into a customized, nitrous-powered Fast and Furious racer. Dalene mention in her Video Centerfold Playboy's Playmate of the year 2002 that she was happy to be working with Playboy and was welcoming opportunities that her success will bring so I started our conversation by asking her is that one of the opportunity that she had talked about and she said yes it was. So then I asked Dalene how did she get involve in doing the segment ? Dalene told me that she had met Craig Lieberman, tuner pro and technical advisor for The Fast and the Furious while she was hosting a TV Show called NOPI (Number One Parts, Incorporated) on TNN and it was Craig that called her and asked if she wanted to do the special video for the DVD movie of the Fast and Furious so she agreed. I asked them what is the Video about exactly? It is about this Mitsubishi that was modified and in the video she asks Craig questions by pointing to a part of the car about what is this and what does that do and Craig answers her questions. How long is the Video I asked? They told me about 22 minutes. Dalene told me that the making of the video has taught her many things about the car and now she has more knowledge about specific parts of the car. Dalene and Craig also gave me more detail about the car that Mitsubishi provided, it is a Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution that I mention earlier and that is the car you see in the pictures with Dalene and Craig.
