Sunrise Telecom^® Expands STT 40G Test Capabilities with 43G DPSK Modulation

Sunrise Telecom^® Incorporated (Pink Sheets: SRTI) today announced the addition of 43G differential phase shift keying (DPSK) modulation to the STT 40G, allowing field network equipment manufacturer and communications service providers teams to install and verify long haul network equipment.

With its portability and ease-of-use, the STT 40G gives installation and maintenance technicians the solution they have been looking for to support their day-to-day field operations.

The 43G DPSK tunable transmitter in the test set allows the user to verify each channel of the C-band DWDM network, ensuring reliable, error-free service. The unique 10/10.7G drop/insert feature helps providers smoothly migrate from legacy 10G networks to next-generation 40G networks by mapping the legacy traffic to 40G.
