Andy Murray wins over John Isner at the US Open in New-York By LadyDragon NEW YORK, United States--(LadyDragon.com)09/09/11--Andy Murray wins over John Isner 7-5, 6-4, 3-6, 7-6 in 3 hours and 24 minutes at the US Open in New-York and moves on to the semi-final. John serving first. On serve until 5 all Andy breaks and wins the first set, 7-5. Then right aways Andy breaks again to love and holds to Love for a 2 -0 lead. John almost gets broken again but barely holds, 2-1. Andy holds to Love, 3-1. Now it is John that holds to Love, 3-2. Andy holds to 15, 4-2. John holds to 30, 4-3 but Andy keeps holding to win the second set 6-4. Better start in third set, John holds to 30, 1-0. Very long game and John gets 3 break points before breaking and holds to take a quick 3-0 lead. Andy wins his first game of the third set to 30, 3-1. In that game Andy gets sbreak point, after it we can clearly see that John's right leg is hurting but john manages to hold again, 4-1. John keeps holding and wins the third set 6-3. Andy holds to 15, 1-0. John holds to 15, 1 all. Andy hols to 30, 2-1. Down 0-30, John comes back and holds 2all. Everyone holds to bring us to a Tie Break. Andy wins the Tie Break 7-2. |
