Jo-Wilfried Tsonga wins over Roger Federer and Novak Djokovic wins over Bernard Tomic at the Wimbledon 2011 By LadyDragon LONDON--(LadyDragon.com)29/06/11--Roger looses to Jo-Wilfried in 5 sets and Novak wins in 4 sets. Roger won the first set 6-3 in 27 minutes and the second set 7-6, 7-3 in a Tie Break but that was it. Jo-Wilfried fought back and won the third set 6-4 in 40 minutes and the fourth set in 35 minutes plus the fifth set 6-4 in 39 minutes. Roger gave too many chances for Jo-Wilfried to break his serve 9 actually and that was enought for Jo-Wilfried to emerge victorious. Novak won the first set 6-2 in 34 minutes then Bernard Tomic, the new rising star from Australia won the second set 6-3 in 36 minutes. Even though Novak was frequently behind 0-15 while serving during the match he managed to hold to win the next 2 sets and the match, 6-3 and 7-5. Novak and Jo-Wilfried will face each other in the Semi-Final this Friday. |
