Red Ganoderma Lucidum spore oil (Ling Zhi in Mandarin or Reishi in Japanese) This traditional mushroom is found all over Asia and cited in reference books such as « The Yellow Emperor’s Classics of Medicine » as « The Great Protector » or « The Adaptogen ». Unfortunately it has become rare. The wild natural growing conditions allowing this mushroom to develop have changed since the beginning of the industrial era : polluted acid rains, lower oxygen levels worldwide, air and water pollution, micro-dust, climate change, world population growth not to mention radioactivity contamination and disrespectful harvest.
