In THE LION KING 2: SIMBA’S PRIDE SPECIAL EDITION Kiara, Simba’s headstrong daughter and heir to the Pride Lands, is on the prowl for adventure. While boldly exploring the Outlands - which are strictly off limits - she meets the mischievous Kovu, a young cub chosen to walk in Scar’s paw prints. As they seek their proper places in the "Circle Of Life," Kiara and Kovu find that they may be the only hope for healing the rift between their prides.

Reuniting stellar vocal cast members from the original two-time Academy Award®* and Golden Globe® award-winning movie The Lion King, THE LION KING 2: SIMBA’S PRIDE SPECIAL EDITION reunites The Lion King’s voice talent of Matthew Broderick (Simba), Nathan Lane (Timon), Robert Guillaume (Rafiki), Ernie Sabella (Pumbaa) and James Earl Jones (Mufasa). The film also features original, unforgettable characters voiced by Hollywood favorites Neve Campbell (Simba’s daughter, Kiara), Suzanne Pleshette (Scar’s sister, Zira) Andy Dick (Zira’s son Nuka) and Jason Marsden (Zira’s son Kovu).

This timeless tale of courage and unity features six masterfully-written songs. The uplifting song "He Lives In You" is written by Mark Mancina, Jay Rifkin and Lebo M with renowned artist Lebo M performing lead vocals. The powerful anthem "We Are One" is sung by Cam Clark, Charity Sanoy and LadySmith Black Mambazo, the group renowned for their incredible vocal work on Paul Simon’s "Graceland." Also showcased are "Upendi," a rhythmic romp through the Pridelands sung by Robert Guillaume, and the beautiful ballad "Love Will Find A Way," performed in the film by Kiara and Kovu’s singing voices, Broadway star Liz Callaway and Nashville recording artist Gene Miller. Grammy-nominated R&B artist Kenny Lattimore and Broadway sensation Heather Headley (Nala in the Broadway musical "The Lion King") team-up for a special reprise performance of "Love Will Find A Way" featured over the closing credits of the film.
