MAJESCO SECURES RIGHTS TO POPULAR 4KIDS ENTERTAINMENT PROPERTIES FOR GAME BOY ADVANCE VIDEO Proprietary Technology Enables 20 Million Game Boy Advance Owners to Watch Yu-Gi-Oh!, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Sonic X Anywhere They Go Majesco Sales Inc., the sole operating subsidiary of ConnectivCorp (OTC BB: CTTV.OB), and a publisher and distributor of interactive entertainment products for a variety of platforms, today announced a three-year agreement with 4Kids Entertainment, Inc. (NYSE: KDE) to publish a total of 12 episodes of 4Kids' high-profile cartoon programs as part of its new Game Boy® Advance Video(tm) product line. The resulting new products will allow the 20 million Game Boy® Advance and Game Boy® Advance SP owners to view cartoons produced by 4Kids on their portable handheld system. Under terms of the agreement, Majesco secured the right to publish a total of 12 episodes of select 4Kids Entertainment properties in the United States and Canada. It is expected that episodes of Yu-Gi-Oh!, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle and Sonic X will be released as part of the Game Boy Advance Video product line. Additional terms of the deal call for the promotion of the titles on 4Kids Entertainment's FOX BOX programming block and FOX BOX Web site.
